Recently, we hosted our quarterly all-hands meeting at Hopin. All 200+ employees from around the globe huddled for a 2-day Harry Potter-themed virtual kick-off 🧙.
We used it to hear company-wide announcements from our founder, set Q4 goals with our individual teams, and meet and mingle with our colleagues from around the world. What was interesting––was the different levels of interaction that allowed us to learn, brainstorm and collaborate in so many different ways. You can in the screenshot below how dazzled and hyped many of us got in the event chat .
I’m curious to know if anyone has experienced or planning a virtual company kickoff or other internal events? How have you or your teams made them interesting and interactive?
